Shipping policy

We aim to despatch products to the customer within four days of receiving your order, unless you have provided a later date preference?  Postage is free of charge and is, where possible; sent using a tracked '24 hour' postal/courier service.  Whilst we do everything we can to ensure that goods are received on the requested day/date, we are obviously reliant on the postal courier service.

We will track deliveries but should your order not be delivered within three days of the requested delivery date, please let us know?  All of our products have Best Before dates enclosed and should your chosen recipient not receive them by this time, we will, of course; resend the product out again free of charge. This will not apply if the courier/postal service has tried to deliver but has been unable, due to no-one being home to accept the delivery.
